June 6-12, 2019 - Travel Series: Footsteps of Kamehameha I

Join Susie Kagami, Dave Palmer and Don Sato for a week long exploration visiting sacred sites with local kupuna, musicians, and cultural specialist to learn more about Kamehameha The Great, and how he united the Hawaiian Islands.

Hawaii Music Live has teamed up with Kama'aina Travel LLC to embark on this annual tour, The Discover Hawaii Travel Series. This tour is limited to ONLY 18 people due to the unique cultural experiences offered. Guests will stay at the Royal Kona Hotel for the duration of the time and your tour fee includes all excursions and mo'olelo (story) sessions. The last day of our tour will conclude near Kamehameha's birthplace at the original statue in Kohala during which time you will enjoy seeing the official lei draping of the statue and the Kamehameha Day Parade and Ho'olaulea.
